Brush the skin before showering or bathing, starting at the feet and moving up the legs. Move in a circular motion around the ankles, knees, hips and buttocks where dead skin cells can accumulate. Similarly, brush the inside and outside of the arms in a sweeping motion from the hands to the shoulders. Always brush in the direction of the heart: in circular movements from the stomach upwards and from the décolleté downwards.
