How do I give perfume as a Christmas present? 5 tips for the perfect gift

One of the most beautiful - but also the most difficult - gifts is perfume. It accompanies us when we create memories and brings them back to our minds as soon as we spray it on again. However, it can be a challenge to match the perfume taste of our loved ones. We have therefore some tips for you to help you choose the right fragrance.

1. What fragrance is the person currently wearing?

So simple and yet underestimated: Pay close attention to which perfume your loved one likes to wear the most. You can then look online to see what scents it has and get advice from us online or offline in the store about which niche fragrances are in a similar direction.

2. Spray on and display discreetly!

Pro tip: If you've found a scent that your loved one might like, spray it on in the store and subtly show it to the person or even ask for their opinion. This way you can be almost 100% sure that you won't make a faux pas.

3. Add personal touches

Make the gift even more special by adding a personal touch. Write a card explaining why you chose this particular fragrance. Perhaps the notes remind you of a shared memory or are a perfect match for the recipient's personality. Use our filters: elegant personalities might love a woody or floral fragrance, while playful people might be more happy with a fruity or gourmand fragrance.
